Delivery & Returns

1. When will my order be delivered?

We usually deliver within 5-9 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the items page and in the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

2. Are there any additional shipping charges?

Yes, we charge shipping based on the order value.

3. Returns Policy

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Newrie.com. You can return all items within 15 days of receipt. This excludes bodysuits and swimwear. The refund amount will be credited back to your account as a voucher or credit points.
In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 15 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. if reverse pickup is unsuccessfull after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. similarly if the product is self shipped, and has not been dispatch from customer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.
Please note that items in sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

4. Some additional guidelines:

  • Within the first 15 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
  • Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 15 days.
  • You can inform us within 15 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at info@newrie.com. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer. Please note the refund will be in the form of points to your Newrie Wallet.
  • Should you use the Return Form to dispatch the Return from your end more quickly, point D) will apply
  • Please note that shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.

5. What can I return?

You can return any products ordered from newrie.com within 15 days of delivery. In case of items with manufacturing defects, you can return products within 15 days of delivery and we will exchange the product after we have received it in our warehouse. Returned products must be returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team, please take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not cause undue damage to the products in any way.

6. How do I return products to Newrie?

OPTION A
It's a simple 2 step process:
  • Please write to us at info@newrie.com from your registered email ID along with with your order ID & registered phone number so that our customer service team may assist you.
  • In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on info@newrie.com.
Note:
  1. In case you have opted for Newrie.com to organize the pickup of returns, our logistics team would organize the pickup within 48-72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team.
  2. If your pincode is not covered by our pickup services, you would need to self-ship the return item. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
  3. In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update customer care on 0422-2454415 or email us the tracking info on info@newrie.com so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
  4. The shipping charge is non-refundable.

7. Where do I send my return?

Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the Newrie order # in cases of both pickup and self shipping, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return. The Returns Desk,

8. How long will the entire process take?

It can take up to 15 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48 hour window.

 

9. Do I get charged for returning products ?

We arrange one free reverse shipment and do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. You can also to ship your returns to us yourself to "The Returns Desk".

 

10. How will I be refunded for the return ?

On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount would be credited to your Newrie account as a voucher or credit points. You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on Newrie.com.

 

11. Can I request delivery to an international shipping address?

At the moment, Newrie.com only delivers within India.
