Courier cost is borne by Newriein the event of 'Damaged' or 'Defective' products, or size change will be paid in full by us on good receipt of product.
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the Newrie website, Please click on RMA tab and raise a RMA Request we will arrange the Reverse Pickup.
Your full refund ( postage as per above ) will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the product within the stipulated 5 days from the time you ship it to us.
